You agree to notify pk30 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any other security breach relating to your account. pk30 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
pk30 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions, hashed password storage, and session timeout mechanisms. However, you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security and you use the Platform at your own risk insofar as factors outside pk30's reasonable control are concerned.
pk30 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, debit card, credit card, and USDT cryptocurrency. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits: All deposit transactions are processed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the pk30 cashier at the time of deposit. Deposit funds are credited to your pk30 wallet upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. pk30 does not charge processing fees on local PKR payment methods including JazzCash and EasyPaisa; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) as detailed in Section 3. pk30 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers and card withdrawals may vary. pk30 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures to any withdrawal request.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. pk30 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Where a withdrawal request fails due to an invalid or unmatched payment detail, you are responsible for providing corrected information; pk30 is not liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
Funds deposited via cryptocurrency (USDT) are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed at the prevailing rate at the time of the withdrawal request. pk30 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.
